Please ensure that your consignment fulfils the following criteria:

  • Your consignment was handed in within the last six months for international consignments or the last twelve months for national consignments.
  • The usual transit time has been exceeded by more than two days. Check the consignment status under «My consignments».
  • The recipient has not received the consignment.
  • Or the consignment has arrived damaged to the recipient abroad.
